How do I BOOK my party or event?

However, we may not always be able to answer the phone so please send us an email to and include your name, telephone #, date and time of request, party address and what you would like us to bring. You can also visit our CONTACT page and fill out the required information. We will do our best to answer emails within 24 hours.
What kind of parties & events do you do?
We can do any type of event that has people! People of all ages love our adorable little critters as they are all hands-on and super friendly! Here at Walking M Farms there is no party or event too big or too small. We’ve done just about everything from birthday parties to multi large fairs & festivals, we are very flexible. Our goal is that you have an amazing time, regardless of the occasion or its size.
How much space do we need for the pony rides?
Because we offer hand-led ponies, we can be creative with our pony rides, so long as the ground is relatively level and the ENVIRONMENT is safe. We suggest you pretend you are walking an extra large dog and see if you can create a good walking route. We can walk around play equipment, but for safety reasons, ask that it not be used during the rides.
How do we keep pony rides safe?
Walking M Farms is deeply committed to safety. Each pony is hand-led by an experienced handler. Most importantly, our ponies and horses are calm, even-tempered and friendly. They are confident by nature and easily adjust to the many new environments they visit.
How much space is needed for the petting zoo?
Deluxe Petting Zoo (For large events or festivals) can be 8'x16' or 16'x16' (there is no additional charge for the larger size.) COMPLETE Petting Zoo used in a Backyard Birthday Event: takes up about a 10'x10" area and is a wire panel system that can be arranged to accommodate the area we are provided.The ground needs to be relatively level, we can place the panels on concrete or lawn. We can even put them inside and put down TARPS and straw.
How long does it take to set up ? Is this included in the hour?
We try to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to set up the animals. This set up time does not take away from your hour of fun. Your party starts at your scheduled time, when the first pony ride is given or the first animal is cuddled.
Who takes care of the clean-up?
We include clean-up in ALL our events. We wish our animals were potty-trained, but unfortunately accidents do happen. We bring appropriate waste removal equipment and are always respectful of the owner's property. When our crew leaves you won’t know we were there. (You may even have a MORE manicured lawn)
Are your animals healthy & clean?
Absolutely! They are all vaccinated & dewormed as per our veterinarian's recommendations & guidelines. For their health and comfort, they are groomed, trimmed & bathed regularly.
We charge a very fair and competitive price for excellent service. Please contact our reservations office for current price information.
We require a 50% deposit to hold your event date. This deposit will go toward your event price. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Final payment is due on the day of your event.
Is my deposit refundable? Yes, your deposit is completely refundable, provided you cancel your event prior to 14 days of the event date. If you need to reschedule your event date, you NEVER lose your deposit money. You may APPLY it to a future event date.
