Well, it is an adorable donkey outfitted with custom ice cooler boxes dressed in traditional Southwestern garb (or outfitted to match your dress and wedding colors!) who serves the purpose of a waiter and serves beer, wine, tequila, soda or any other beverage you request at your rehearsal dinner or your cocktail hour. They don't just serve drinks!  Our donkeys have been used  in all sorts of creative ways - from acting as waiters, to being a form of unique transportation to distribute wedding goodies in their saddle bags and even  escorting the bride down the aisle.
